Through our partnership with MoveOutShield, tenants document property condition during move-in and move-out — creating clear, photo-backed records for both parties. We were the first leasing company to partner with MoveOutShield.
Are properties close to campus?
Most of our homes are within walking distance of Ball State University — typically one to three blocks.
How are maintenance requests handled?
Maintenance requests are submitted best via text for organized tracking and communication. Most issues receive an on site visit within one business day.
Is parking available?
Every home includes off-street parking.
Are pets allowed?
Pet policies vary by property, but most homes are pet-friendly.
What lease terms are offered?
Standard leases follow the Ball State academic calendar. Plans change and people move, so always text for availability.
